About The Position
Member of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals responsible for responding to the therapeutic and case management needs of identified children and their families; maintaining clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting and/or case management experience
- Valid driver’s license
- PA Act 33 Child Abuse clearance
- PA Act 34 Criminal Records clearance
- FBI Criminal Background Check clearance

- Knowledge of the community
