About The Position
Lakeland Behavioral Health System has been a leading inpatient and residential treatment center for 30+ years serving children, adolescents, adults & senior adults struggling with a mental health disorders. This hiring event is an opportunity for interested candidates to tour the facility, meet with hiring and HR teams, and potentially receive same-day offers for select positions. The event will take place on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm at 2323 W Grand St, Springfield, MO. We are hiring for Behavioral Health Associate (BHA), Registered Nurse (RN), and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions.
