About The Position

The Beverage Technician position is responsible for helping the team accomplish daily production, quality, and safety requirements. This role involves following safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations, receiving and completing work orders via e-mail, and attending scheduled training and safety classes. The technician contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required and must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. Adherence to state, federal, and company guidelines is essential. The role requires the ability to use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair hot beverage equipment, complete assigned work and associated paperwork, and follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. Excellent customer service and professional communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to provide equipment training to customers. Maintaining the service vehicle and inventory to company standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
  • Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
  • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
  • Ability to work alone.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
  • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards
