The technician will use diagnostic tools and service manuals to repair hot beverage equipment cost-effectively, complete assigned work and paperwork, and follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. Excellent customer service skills are essential, including professional communication with customers and providing equipment training as needed. The role also includes maintaining the service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
