About The Position

The Beverage Technician position involves assisting the team in achieving daily production, quality, and safety requirements. This role requires adherence to safety guidelines and job requirements in daily operations, including receiving and completing work orders via e-mail. The technician will attend and participate in scheduled training and safety classes, contribute to team efforts, and promote a positive and safe work environment. Following state, federal, and company guidelines is essential. The role requires the ability to use diagnostic tools like a multimeter to troubleshoot hot beverage equipment, utilizing service manuals for cost-effective repairs. All assigned work and associated paperwork must be completed, along with following in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. Professional communication with customers and a strong commitment to excellent customer service are necessary. The technician will also provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery and maintain their service vehicle and inventory to company standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone.
  • Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver.
  • Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.
  • Ability to work alone.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-5 years’ experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers
  • Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards
