The role also includes diagnosing and repairing hot beverage equipment using diagnostic tools and service manuals, completing assigned work and paperwork, and adhering to in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures. Excellent customer service and professional communication are expected, along with providing equipment training to customers and maintaining the service vehicle and inventory to company standards.
