About The Position

The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for leading and executing all beverage operations throughout the venue, including bars, vending machines, and 24/7 market locations. This role supports the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while driving beverage sales, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring financial accountability. The Beverage Supervisor serves as a hands-on leader who develops team members, supports inventory and cost control initiatives, and maintains a safe and compliant work environment. During periods of lower beverage volume, this position provides operational support within concessions and other Restaurant/Cafes locations as business needs require.

Requirements

Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, concessions, or retail operations.
Experience managing bar or beverage programs in high-volume environments.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and inventory management skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Minimum of one year leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead daily beverage operations across bars, vending machines, and 24/7 market locations.
Maintain service, cleanliness, merchandising, and operational standards.
Deliver a championship-level guest experience and resolve guest concerns professionally.
Support revenue growth, inventory control, ordering, receiving, and cost management initiatives.
Train, coach, and develop beverage team members while fostering a positive culture.
Maintain food safety, responsible alcohol service, and regulatory compliance.
Assist concessions operations during peak periods and special events.
