Beverage Shift Manager (Paris LV)
About The Position
The Assistant Beverage Manager oversees the day to day activities of multiple beverage outlets and directly supervises all corresponding personnel. This responsibility encompasses profitability, employee relations and customer relations. As part of our award winning team, you will help to create the romantic ambiance and classic European style that our most prestigious guests have come to expect from Paris Las Vegas. Your stylish and playful attitude will entertain our guests as they enjoy 2,900 guest rooms, 295 opulent suites, 11 restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in a beverage or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails
