About The Position

Join our Food & Beverage team and create a welcoming experience by providing prompt, friendly beverage service to every guest. You’ll take and serve drink orders, maintain a clean and organized service area, stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.

Requirements

The ability to speak English.
To possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
To be able to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Previous Food & Beverage server experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

Always promptly checks for assigned work area before beginning of shift.
Consistently keeps tray set up with ashtrays, straws, napkins, etc.
Completely services assigned work area by changing ashtrays, taking drink orders, serving drinks, removing empty cups, pushing in chairs and completing assigned side work.
Always maintains work area in service bar by loading and unloading service-ware properly, cleaning up spills and keeping the counter orderly.
Maintains complete knowledge of entire beverage and food menu including service procedure and pricing.
