About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner and ensuring quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. The Property is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

Requirements

• Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of prior work experience as a cocktail server is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders from patrons and returning these orders in a timely manner.
• Keeping the area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Performing “responsible alcohol service” with regard to patron limitations and passing any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Using all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensuring the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
