Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating great guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Nice To Haves
- Previous beverage service, restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we're willing to train candidates with outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Take beverage orders accurately and serve drinks promptly throughout the casino gaming floor.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service during every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of beverage sales and service transactions.
- Ensure beverage service complies with company policies and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Keep assigned service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, side work, and maintaining beverage stations.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, supervisors, and fellow team members to provide seamless service.
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and entertaining atmosphere for all guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
