About The Position
The Beverage Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly and courteous service to guests on the gaming floor or in designated areas while taking and serving beverage orders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Certification for Alcohol Awareness.
- Must have basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and use repetitive motions for an entire shift.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year Beverage/Cocktail Server experience in a fast paced environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages to patrons responsibly on the gaming floor or designated areas and request identification.
- Operate the POS (point of sales) system.
- Carry and balance trays of beverages weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Keep service area clean at all times.
- Inform guests of drink selections.
- Follow all service procedures.
