About The Position

This role is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to casino guests. The Beverage Server will act as an ambassador of goodwill, actively promoting casino events and programs, and working closely with Caesars Rewards. Key aspects of the role include ensuring player satisfaction through personalized service, resolving service issues, and promoting a sense of luck on the gaming floor. The position also involves handling orders and money accurately, maintaining a clean and stocked workstation, and working collaboratively with other beverage team members. Adherence to company policies, including the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy and mandatory meetings, is expected. The role requires the ability to understand and respond to visual and aural cues, maintain a professional appearance, and meet attendance guidelines.

Requirements

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and comply with all state, federal and regulatory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provides personalized service and uses guest name.
Resolves service problems according to Service Recovery guidelines.
Serves as ambassador of goodwill and promotes casino events and programs.
Works closely with Caesars Rewards to promote new card signups and relay benefits.
Provides fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests.
Supplements beverage tray with extra products to provide immediate or interim guest satisfaction.
Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to Responsible Alcohol Management training and property guidelines.
Promotes guests’ sense of luck on gaming floor by sincerely wishing customers luck and minimizing waiting time.
Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender utilizing the proper calling order, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests.
Handles money according to departmental procedure.
Works well with others, including but not limited to beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, beverage supervisors, and beverage managers.
Maintains clean and stocked workstation; clears empty glasses from workstation/area.
Services guests according to the company standard sequence of service.
Participates in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
Performs other duties as assigned.
