Laguna Development CorpAlbuquerque, NM
Onsite

About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and world-class hospitality by greeting guests sincerely, serving beverages efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit. This role involves building strong guest relationships through meaningful interactions, maintaining a consistently positive attitude, and upholding Laguna Development Corporation’s values, policies, and professional standards. Beverage Servers must act with urgency, master beverage service systems, keep service areas clean and well-stocked, monitor guest behavior, and stay calm and poised during busy or crowded conditions. They are also expected to be knowledgeable about the property’s amenities, offer accurate directions, and support team goals while maintaining an “on-stage” appearance. This position requires relevant experience—ideally in food or beverage service—along with basic math and cash-handling skills. Beverage Servers operate POS systems and beverage dispensers, work primarily indoors with exposure to noise and smoke, and must be able to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive hand use. Strong reading, writing, organization, and problem-solving abilities are necessary. Employees must maintain regular attendance, be available for varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and pass pre-employment screenings. No supervisory duties are required, but professional and courteous conduct with guests, coworkers, and vendors is essential, as is obtaining any required alcohol-service certification within the first thirty days of employment.
