Requirements

Able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license
Able to obtain an Oklahoma liquor license
Hand eye coordination
Visual acuity to observe and react to handle customer questions and complaints relating to operations
Able to carry trays with beverage or food items weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, change kegs, and restock liquor and glassware
Above average oral communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Deliver drinks to customers in a professional manner.
Circulate in assigned area to ensure guests receive requested beverages.
Receive money and/or credit cards and use a credit card machine and cash register.
Keep casino floor area clear of glasses and bottles.
Professionally refuse to serve customers who appear to be intoxicated.
Operate POS system and mix and serve drinks and/or food while serving as a bartender.
Keep accurate records of tabs and collect the proper amount when guest has finished.
Pour drinks quickly according to beverage guidelines.
Maintain the bar area to keep it clean.
