About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for the overall operation and success of multiple Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring outstanding service, strong financial performance, team development, and memorable guest experiences. The Beverage Outlet Manager will lead, schedule, supervise, train, and develop front-of-house Team Members. They will partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure quality, consistency, and timely service, while driving exceptional guest service and resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. The role also involves maintaining high standards of sanitation, safety, and food quality, monitoring labor, food costs, inventory, payroll, and departmental budgets, and overseeing POS operations with accurate cash handling and comp procedures. Additionally, the manager will develop promotions and operational strategies to increase revenue and guest engagement, ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, gaming regulations, and health standards, and inspect equipment, supplies, and work areas to maintain operational excellence. A key aspect is fostering a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and guest satisfaction, and supporting the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 8 years of Food & Beverage experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality operations
  • Experience with POS systems and operational programming
  • Financial management, budgeting, and labor control experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
