Beverage Glass Attendant
About The Position
This position is responsible for collection, distribution, and organization of beverage glassware and related equipment. The incumbent will monitor and navigate the casino floor to collect used glassware, efficiently return glassware to designated service and public bars in a timely fashion, and work with barbacks and servers to prioritize locations. The role also involves maintaining organization in the established Earth and Sky central glass recovery areas. This is a fast-paced kitchen environment that requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and work various shifts with flexible hours.
Requirements
- Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision
- Ability to use caustic chemicals and operate standard equipment such as a dishwasher
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Use of cleaning equipment
- Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines
