About The Position

The Beverage Flex Driver plays a critical role in the wholesale trade industry by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of beverage products to a diverse range of customers across East Texas. This position requires a flexible approach to scheduling and routes, adapting to varying delivery demands while maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. The driver is responsible for handling products with care, managing inventory during transit, and representing the company professionally at all customer interactions. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall reputation of the company within the beverage distribution network. Ultimately, the Beverage Driver Flex ensures that products reach their destinations intact, on time, and in compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or appropriate driver’s license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience in driving delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy beverage cases and equipment as required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and documentation accurately.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background and drug screening checks.

• Experience in beverage or wholesale product delivery.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and route optimization software.
• Customer service experience with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients.
• Flexibility to work varied routes, as delivery demands require.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver beverage products to retail stores, restaurants, and other clients according to scheduled routes and timelines.
• Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and proper handling to prevent damage or spoilage.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery, inventory counts, and any discrepancies encountered during routes.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with legal requirements.
