About The Position

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Beverage Equipment Shop Tech A to join our team. This role is responsible for the in-house repair and testing of all vending, coolers, fountain, and refrigeration equipment to be delivered to the end-user, depots, and customers. The technician will test, decal, wash, prep, and prepare all incoming and outgoing equipment for use in the market, and use new and used equipment to meet customer-specific requirements and ship to all locations within PBV.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience as a technician in a related field.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to manage workload independently.
Meet PBV driving guidelines.
Willing to work the hours necessary to perform the job.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties and responsibilities of the Beverage Equipment Shop Support & Beverage Shop Technician.
Repair equipment to “like new” condition for deployment back to customer.
Diagnose, repair, paint, and evaluate the condition of equipment.
Account for parts used through proper use of company handheld equipment.
Close out all work notifications the same day work is completed.
Keep work area clean and organized daily, including restocking of parts.
Other duties as assigned.
