About The Position

Coke Florida is looking for a Beverage Equipment Mover based out of our Jacksonville location. This role involves delivering, setting up, moving, and exchanging vending equipment in customer accounts and other outlets. The work schedule is typically 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with four 10-hour days, and Tuesday plus two other days off per week.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of general work experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to do heavy lifting daily
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude
• Valid CDL required, Class A or Class B
• Valid vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Beverage Equipment Mover position.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift certification preferred
• Prior work experience with moving equipment preferred
• Previous vending equipment repair and distribution a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange and move vending equipment
• Complete safety vehicle reports daily
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status
• Set coolers, which involves setting shelves, temperature and checking refrigeration
• Educate customers in the operation of equipment
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
