About The Position
The Beverage Custodian is responsible for the overall cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock. This role ensures that bar areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable for guests.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and bend throughout shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sort and return glassware to proper bar.
- Replace empty beer kegs with full ones.
- Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations.
- Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area.
- Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin.
- Sweep and mop floors in bar area.
- Clean floor mats.
