Requirements

• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.

• Ability to recommend popular or high-margin items.
• Ability to carry and balance trays of beverages.
• Ability to walk throughout shifts in approved footwear.
• Ability to excel in high-volume, stressful environments.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Carry and balance trays of beverages.
• Lift up to 25 - 30 lbs.
• Stand for long periods.
• Navigate crowded spaces.
• Flexibility in bending and reaching.
• Adaptability to casino conditions, including bright lights and noise.
• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory by stocking and organizing the cocktail server room.
• Provide excellent external and internal guest service.
• Greet guests warmly, take and relay beverage orders.
• Maintain knowledge of our bar's offerings.
• Carry trays of beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness.
• Stay attentive to guest needs and safety.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
