About The Position

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to golfers throughout the golf course. This position helps enhance the member and guest experience by maintaining a well-stocked beverage cart, safely operating the cart throughout the course, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely operate a golf cart on varying terrain and weather conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol under applicable state law.
Alcohol service certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Operate the beverage cart safely and responsibly throughout the golf course.
Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
Sell and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and other approved items in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws.
Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
Accurately process cash, credit card, member charge, and other payment transactions.
Maintain proper inventory levels and restock the beverage cart as needed.
Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Monitor product expiration dates and maintain proper food and beverage handling procedures.
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of the Club.
