Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
- Ability to successfully pass a basic math test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a service oriented areas a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain constant communication with the Starter/Player Assistance cast members to assist in the needs of our guests.
- Maintain a continual presence on the Golf Course provide our guests with multiple opportunities to obtain refreshments during their round.
- Provide a complete selection of beverages and snacks to our guest by updating the stock whenever needed.
- Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
- Any and all duties as assigned by your Manager or a member of management.
