About The Position

At Palm Aire Country Club, our Beverage Cart Attendant brings service directly to the member, moving throughout the golf courses and athletic areas to deliver food, beverages and a consistently high standard of hospitality. The Beverage Cart is more than a convenience; it is part of the member experience and a reflection of our service standards. Members expect and deserve the best, whether they are on the golf course or enjoying the athletic facilities. From golf to tennis, padel and pickleball, this role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high quality service across the club. This is not a seasonal position and it is not a casual part time role. We are looking for someone who is available on a consistent, year round schedule, typically five days per week and who brings structure, professionalism and dependability to a role that works independently while representing the club at all times. This position offers steady hours with a schedule that follows the pace of play and the rhythm of the season. Some days move quickly, others allow for a reset, but consistency in availability is essential. You will spend your day moving throughout the property, interacting with members, managing your own setup and delivering service that is timely, friendly and consistent. If you enjoy working independently, staying active and taking ownership of your work, this role fits well. Requirements

• Reliable, consistent and takes ownership of the role
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• Friendly, professional and confident interacting with members
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Good judgment and ability to adapt throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat and humidity
• Ability to lift and carry supplies such as coolers and beverage stock
• Availability for weekends, holidays and peak play times
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to members throughout the golf courses and athletic facilities including tennis, padel and pickleball
• Safely operate the beverage cart while maintaining pace of play and respecting both course and facility conditions
• Move throughout the property to ensure members have consistent access to food and beverage service wherever they are
• Keep the cart clean, organized and fully stocked at all times
• Maintain a fully stocked, well presented beverage cart that consistently meets club standards
• Monitor inventory throughout the day and restock proactively to ensure key items are always available
• Prepare and serve beverages including alcoholic beverages in accordance with all regulations
• Handle transactions accurately including cash, credit card and member charges
• Anticipate member needs and respond with efficiency and professionalism
• Maintain a welcoming and polished presence as a representative of the club
• Communicate with the Pro Shop and team regarding activity, member needs and any issues
• Support tournaments, events and daily operations across both golf and athletic areas
