About The Position

Chapel Ridge Golf Club, located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, is seeking a seasonal, part-time Beverage Cart Attendant to join their Food and Beverage team. This role is within GreatLIFE Golf, one of the largest Golf Course Ownership/Management Companies in the country. The position offers a fun and casual career in sports and entertainment.

Requirements

Three to six months related experience or training
Must be available weekends
Frequently stands, walks, tastes, smells, talks, hears, uses hands to finger, handle or feel and reaches with hands and arms.
Occasionally sits, climbs, crouches and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintains and operates the beverage cart.
Serves guests in accordance with established standards with hospitality and professionalism.
Stocks/sets up beverage cart, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages.
Assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking of beverage cart.
Operates the beverage cart within company safety guidelines and reports any issues to supervisor immediately.
Follows cleaning, operation and storage guidelines.
Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
May perform duties inside, outside or while operating the beverage cart as needed for business operation.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
