About The Position

Fiddler's Elbow is seeking a Seasonal Beverage Cart Attendant to join their team. This role involves providing hospitality to members and guests by serving beverages and food, operating a golf cart, and maintaining the cart's stock. The position is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and looking to gain experience in a dynamic club environment that hosts various events and activities.

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language of our members/guests
• Must be able to operate a golf cart; have a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to utilize caution when operating golf cart
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to follow Tagmarshal and Golf Map for appropriate route
• Must be able to follow proper food and alcohol handling procedures
• Must be a team player and willing to work well with others
• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift and carry at least 25 pounds
• Moderate physical effort required

Nice To Haves

• TIPS Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Take beverage and food orders from Members and Guests
• Drive a beverage (golf) cart
• Maintain a clean and well stocked cart with snacks and beverages
• Operate a grill station and cook hamburgers and hot dogs
• Observe appropriate sanitation and safety standards while handling food and beverages
• Ensure all products and supplies are returned to their proper location at the end of every shift
• Assist with set-up and break-down of stations
• Communicate with Grill Station Attendants to fill orders
• Maintain and exhibit proper golf course etiquette; observe and respect flow of game, and operate cart in a safe manner
• Keep track of Guest/Member orders for record purposes
• Provide outstanding customer service to Members and Guests
• Occasionally assist with food preparation on grill stations
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisors
