Schedule: Late Shift (4 x 12-Hour Shifts) Monday - Thursday | 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM Early Shift (4 x 12-Hour Shifts) Monday - Thursday 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM ✅ Three-day weekends every week (Friday-Sunday) ✅ Consistent 48-hour workweeks ✅ Overtime opportunities available Additional overtime may be required on Fridays or weekends (up to 8-hour shifts) based on production or sanitation needs. Voluntary participation will be requested first whenever possible. What a Typical Day Looks Like Your shift begins with a team handoff, where you'll review line performance, production priorities, and any issues requiring attention. From there, you'll move onto the production floor, operating and monitoring high-speed beverage canning equipment. Throughout the day, you'll closely oversee your assigned area of the line, whether that's the depalletizer, packaging equipment, or palletizer. Success in this role requires constant attention to equipment performance. You'll listen for unusual sounds, watch for slowdowns or faults, and respond quickly to keep production running smoothly. When issues arise, you'll troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently, understanding that even minor disruptions can affect the entire production line. You'll work alongside a supportive team, communicating effectively and stepping in wherever needed to maintain productivity, quality, and safety. At the end of your shift, you'll know you've played a key role in delivering quality products while keeping operations running at peak performance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of machine operation and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, packaging, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of GMPs, food safety requirements, and quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on high-speed canning equipment, including fillers, seamers, packaging machines, and shrink wrappers
  • Monitor production performance to maximize efficiency, quality, and uptime
  • Respond quickly and effectively to equipment faults, alarms, and production issues
  • Identify mechanical concerns and partner with Maintenance when additional support is needed
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMPs, sanitation standards, and company policies
  • Support production needs through overtime as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Benefits

  • Starting Pay: $20.00+ per hour, based on experience
