Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to obtain a valid Tennessee ABC permit.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a lively, fast-moving environment.
Continuous walking, including stairs.
Frequent bending, twisting, balancing, and lifting.
Carrying trays of food, beverages, and dishes.
Pushing and pulling racks throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Assist arena servers with setup to create an unforgettable dinner service.
Communicate between the kitchen and arena teams to ensure smooth operations.
Deliver food and beverages with speed, accuracy, and Southern hospitality.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Check that food equipment is working properly and maintaining safe temperatures.
Assist guests with food allergy questions and ensure safe serving practices.
Clean tables and sections after the show.
Remove dishes and transport items back to the kitchen.
Cross-train in serving duties.
