About The Position

The Best Buy Ads Operations Senior Manager will be a strategic and results-driven member for the Best Buy Ads Operations team working to shape the holistic ad product roadmap through governance and alignment across executive leadership and cross-functional partners, ensuring feasibility of proposed ad products, seamless ad product launches, rationalization of ad offerings, and clear communication to stakeholders for effective execution. This role will support operational planning for physical store advertising products and lead critical projects for future physical store advertising in coordination with key stakeholders and leaders. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of planning or project management
  • 5+ years working cross-functionally to gain influence and develop partnerships
  • 3+ years of managing partner and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

  • Participates in cross-functional team alignment on Ad product priorities
  • Provides support for onboarding new products and sunsetting Ad products
  • Maintain a strong pulse on upcoming launches for the Enterprise as it pertains to new Ad products and new Ad categories.
  • Support the preparation for launch planning meetings, ensuring the right stakeholders have a seat at the table and supporting materials are sufficient to drive a world-class result
  • Act as a change leader, fostering collaboration and alignment across diverse business units
  • Partner with Store Experience, Marketing, Ads, and DAT teams to sequence physical store ad product plans and coordinate execution
  • Partner with eCommerce, Marketing, Ads and DAT teams to coordinate and sequence global home page ad product plans
  • Lead critical/high-visibility projects
  • Provide status updates for work in progress on a regular cadence
