We are looking for an experienced Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for our Advertising business. You will assist the GM of the advertising business in key strategic and operational facets of the business including: improving operational readiness and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include market analysis, goal-setting, resource allocation, program management, stakeholder alignment, and driving decisions. This role requires a strong background in program management, business strategy, operations, with a blend of analytical skills and business acumen. You need the ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, drive programs across teams, build relationships, and influence executives. Because our Ads team has both business and technical teams, previous experience collaborating with both product, engineering, and business stakeholders is a plus. Life360 is building the family ads platform that delivers insights, experiences and outcomes for brands, while offering benefits to our members that make everyday family life better. We are the 13th largest mobile app as measured in DAU (daily active users) - just behind Amazon. Our members open the app on average 5x per day, and we are growing our user base ~30% annually. In our first year of operation, we have laid the product and commercial foundations for brands to use our always-on location signals and family intelligence to drive results. We have launched flagship products, aimed at marketers that care about IRL (in real life) outcomes such as store visits.
