Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience
  • Above average ability in using Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Diploma in Business Administration is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Determine the daily workload and priorities of the team, assign tasks and monitor performance and work alongside team to ensure all tasks are complete within the required SLA’s
  • Train and support associates to successfully carry out their job duties through feedback and coaching.
  • Assist in resolution of issues related to established processes.
  • Identify and implement both process and system changes to increase the speed and accuracy of the Operations Administration team.
  • Escalate concerns when needed and oversee the department’s day‑to‑day operations to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.
