As a Marketing Director on the PCM team for Best Buy Ads, you will lead a team of strategic ad sales & marketing professionals by setting the ad sales & category growth vision and owning financial performance of multiple categories and Advertising Partners. Your team will build and cultivate relationships with key advertising Partner stakeholders, prospect ad sales opportunities, and pitch complex marketing campaigns for Partners to drive advertising revenue and customer traffic. You will work closely with Category Management teams to help drive marketing results for your respective categories. You will interface regularly with internal leadership and executive-level Advertising Partners. You’ll actively manage people and ensure career development is top of mind, while simultaneously overseeing & driving annual financial goals. You have a proven track record of leading teams, delivering on sales goals, marketing strategies and communicating effectively with executive-level Partners and internal leaders. The Director indirectly leads multiple cross-functional people and teams and influences partners to drive the business forward. This position will report to the Vice President of Partner & Category Solutions. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
