About The Position
This position involves assisting in the assembly, wiring, and installation of energy storage equipment under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers. It offers hands-on learning and exposure to field practices, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. The role supports project delivery by following technical procedures, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring compliance with NEEC’s safety and quality standards. The position requires frequent travel to project sites across multiple states nationwide.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction or maintenance.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures.
- Willingness to learn and work in outdoor environments.
- Must be willing and able to travel as needed for multi-state projects.

Responsibilities
- Support system assembly, wiring, and equipment installation in accordance with plans and standards.
- Assist in testing procedures and data collection under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Report issues to the Senior Technician for resolution.
