About The Position
Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing female-founded fine jewelry company specializing in customized engagement rings and fine jewelry. The Bespoke Production Messenger will deliver and pick up orders (loose diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, and finished jewelry) on time. This position will support our Bespoke Production team and the company. The ideal candidate can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to maintain the safety and security of all deliveries and pickups.
- Ability to understand and follow directions.
- Team player, can-do attitude, no task too small - assists and supports colleagues as needed
- Continuously adapt as the business evolves and grows
- Prolonged periods of walking.
- Must be able to perform deliveries in all types of weather.
Responsibilities
- Securely delivers and promptly picks up orders from diamond vendors and production shops (loose diamonds, gemstones, chains, findings, and finished jewelry).
- Plans and organizes the most efficient and expedient route from and to the intended locations (5th to 6th Ave and 44th to 48th Street area).
- Obtains required signatures, receipt, and paperwork.
- Maintains accurate tracking records
- Performs other related office duties as assigned.
