About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Benefits Specialist. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of benefits administration experience. This role supports the administration and delivery of the benefits program, answers inquiries from employees and vendors regarding company benefits, and supports health and wellness plans, retirement plans, LoA administration and data management. The Benefits Specialist will use the current HRIS system to accurately update employee information.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of benefits administration experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office
  • Experience using a HRIS system such as Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar platform

Responsibilities

  • Support administration and delivery of the benefits program
  • Answer inquiries from employees and vendors regarding company benefits
  • Support health and wellness plans, retirement plans, LoA administration and data management
  • Use the current HRIS system to accurately update employee information
