About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is seeking licensed life insurance professionals to build a career in a structured remote sales environment. This role involves working with members and families who request information about union and association benefits. Agents will meet with clients virtually via Zoom to explain options and assist with coverage enrollment. The opportunity is designed for motivated, coachable individuals already licensed in Life and Health insurance who are looking for a long-term remote career path with growth potential.
Requirements
- Active resident Life & Health insurance license.
- Ability to obtain additional non-resident state licenses if needed.
- Professional communication skills.
- Reliable internet and computer access.
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment.
- Self-motivated and coachable mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Backgrounds in insurance sales, financial services, customer service, sales, hospitality, leadership or management, or remote client support.
