The Benefits Specialist plays a critical role in supporting employees during some of life’s most important moments: medical leaves, parental leave, caregiver responsibilities, and other protected absences. This role is responsible for administering leave-of-absence programs with accuracy, empathy, and compliance, while coordinating closely with employees, managers, payroll, benefits, and third‑party administrators. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of leave laws and systems, exceptional attention to detail, and a service‑oriented mindset that balances compliance with a compassionate employee experience.
