About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Quiet, professional workspace

  • Customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, or leadership experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Connect with Clients Virtually: Meet with clients through Zoom and other virtual platforms to understand their needs and provide personalized benefit solutions.
  • Educate & Guide Families: Help individuals and families understand available coverage options so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and ongoing support.
  • Continue Learning & Growing: Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs designed to help you expand your skills and advance your career.
  • Collaborate with a Remote Team: Work alongside motivated professionals in a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on growth and success.
  • Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
  • Present products, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately
  • Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development activities
