What you’ll do: Benefits Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of PrizePicks’ employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Own the annual open enrollment process Create and deliver new hire open enrollment presentations on a bi-weekly basis Manage vendor relationships, including invoicing, reconciliations, chargebacks, and new RFP Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing employee benefits, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the ACA. Communicate and educate employees about available benefits, eligibility, and enrollment procedures. Policy Development and Compliance Develop and maintain benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with company goals, legal requirements, and industry standards. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and fairness in benefits practices.
