Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining AARP enterprise-wide human resource strategies, initiatives, policies, procedures and related systems. This includes employee compensation and benefits, organization design and integration, talent acquisition, talent development and employee relations. The Benefits Manager maintains and administers the organization’s benefit programs and policies. The role serves as a liaison between employees and insurance carriers to resolve issues related to elected benefit plans. The Benefits Manager collects and analyzes data on industry standards and best practices to assess the competitiveness of the organization’s benefit offerings. The role also tracks and reports on annual enrollment activities and retirement plan administration.
