As a Manager, Employee Benefits, you’ll shape the employee experience across the U.S. and Latin America through high-impact work spanning 401(k) governance, benefits operations, and M&A integration. The Benefits team designs and optimizes programs that directly impact workforce performance and engagement globally. We own the full lifecycle of health, financial wellbeing, leave, and income protection offerings, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making, cost efficiency, and adoption. We are a highly visible, execution-focused team partnering across Compensation, People Systems, Payroll, Legal, and Finance to solve complex problems and continuously improve outcomes. You’ll work closely with the Director of Americas Benefits and Head of Global Benefits and Policy to take ownership of meaningful, high-impact work from day one in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This position is Hybrid in our New York or Morristown, New Jersey office.
