About The Position

If you're the type of leader who enjoys helping good people become great while creating a positive, collaborative culture, this role is worth exploring. Join an entrepreneurial organization with a visionary ownership group that values fresh ideas, empowers its leaders to make meaningful decisions, and believes in giving talented people the autonomy to lead. This is a company that many people describe as their “ideal place to work” because our client has created an incredibly fun and fast paced culture where no two days are the same – casual dress, monthly team outings and lunches, and a flexible schedule. We have placed many of the employees that work here over the years and can honestly say they are some of the most down to earth people in business – there are no “what’s in it for me” attitudes and nobody worries about who gets credit for what, they just want to provide excellent service and work with fun people who care about their job.
