In this role, you'll partner extensively with internal stakeholders and external partners on the strategy, design, and delivery of employee benefit programs that meet diverse employee needs while navigating complex regulatory requirements—making a tangible difference in how our colleagues experience work at Amazon. As a Benefits Manager, you will lead multi-country benefit programs with a focus on Canada. Requires industry experience managing international benefits, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proven ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously. Responsible for developing and improving benefit programs and service delivery in a dynamic environment, identifying opportunities to support our diverse and rapidly growing business. Periodic travel required. As a Benefits Manager, you'll focus on developing and enhancing employee benefit programs that serve our growing Canadian workforce. You'll spend your time collaborating with human resources teams, finance partners, and external benefit providers to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant with evolving regulations. Your day might include analyzing benefit utilization data to identify gaps, meeting with employee groups to understand their needs, coordinating with legal and compliance teams on regulatory changes, and presenting program recommendations to leadership. You'll also work on special projects like launching new benefit offerings or redesigning existing programs to better serve our diverse employee population. This role requires periodic travel to connect with teams and stakeholders across different locations.
