The Human Resource Consulting Group is a woman-owned, Connecticut based, 36 year-old HR and payroll outsourcing company committed to providing high-touch service and expertise. Big enough to meet the HR needs of clients throughout the U.S. and small enough to care. We are looking for a customer-focused, team-oriented HR Operations Manager to lead the operations team. The HR Operations Manager leads the operational delivery of HRCG's HR Operations function within a high-touch, fast paced outsourced HR services model. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and high-quality administration of HR operational services including benefits administration, leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, compliance reporting and tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operational support for clients. The HR Operations Manager oversees and develops the human resource operations team while ensuring consistent, accurate, and responsive service delivery across a diverse client base throughout the U.S. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, establishing service level agreements (SLAs), implementing operational metrics, and driving continuous improvement across HR workflows and systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who combines deep HR operations expertise with strong leadership, process improvement, and client service skills.
