This role will oversee health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and serve as a backup for payroll processing. The position requires strong collaboration with brokers, carriers, and internal leadership to deliver best-in-class benefits solutions. Additional responsibilities to lead HRIS improvement activities and act as payroll backup.
