As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier . The Benefits Coordinator assists with daily administration of Company Benefit Plans, to ensure compliance for medical, dental, vision, wellness, life and disability plans, and deferred compensation. Works closely with benefit carriers to ensure proper plan administration and eligibility file accuracy. Partners with HR department managers to ensure accurate benefits communication and address escalated employee benefits questions.
