As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be a trusted resource for employees, delivering high‑quality support across all areas of benefits administration. You’ll lead the planning and execution of open and ongoing enrollment, guide team members through their benefit options, and provide clear education and training when needed. You’ll also help connect employees with key programs such as LOA and COBRA, ensuring they feel supported throughout every step of their experience. In this role, you’ll be an essential contributor to Upstream’s mission, vision, and values: helping create a positive, informed, and supportive employee experience across the organization.
