Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families through Zoom
Evaluate individual needs and explain available supplemental benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Provide ongoing client support including follow-up communication and policy updates
Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development programs
