Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Uphold truth and integrity.
  • Maintain the company's image for success.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of benefit documents.
  • Respond to team member requests promptly and communicate benefit options clearly.
  • Notify eligible team members and approve benefit elections; process benefit changes/additions accurately.
  • Handle team member information for lost coverage.
  • Administer FMLA program.
  • Assist in Making a Difference (MAD) Program.
